A SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS

SOMETHING SEEMS TO BE MISSING.
STOCKS, BONDS, FOREX, COMMODITIES, FUTURES AND OTHER RISKS....

In a TV ad I saw General Motors give credit to the NYSE for its comeback and progress, its recent innovations that seem to have come from the stock market. Not made was any mention of the massive financial assistance given by the Unites States for the bail out that first and foremost made it possible for GM to pause, restructure and trim the fat from their floundering operation.
Having read a great deal recently about the financial debacle we the country, nay, the whole World has suffered I have revised my thoughts on the NYSE. Not only the stock exchanges but the entire spectrum of massive gambling in international finance: Options, Commodities, Futures, Forex, Stocks and Bonds.

Why should this be permitted at all?
In reality the Brokers are bookies (socially accepted); they work for the house, the Dealers (legal). The platforms or trading accommodations are just instruments of gambling (slot machines); They are the odds makers, the financiers and facilitators.
Why should the general public be involved at all. The entire thing is a no-value function. We are delving into something we know little or nothing about just because there is the dream of a massive fortune to be made.. We are in a zero gain activity; there is nothing being built; there is nothing being created, nurtured or developed. It is simply a gambling activity where money flows back and forth with the vig (guarantee to the house), the spread, the fees, lost to the participants win or lose, accruing in the accounts of the bookies, the insiders.
Bet a dollar on any pair in the FOREX market and you already have lost a good percentage... win or lose. This is the same as at a casino gambling table, a horse race, football game or bingo where one buys a card. The promoter, the bookie has his profit guaranteed; His edge is built in commodity trading is the same.
Nothing is grown, nothing is moved, nothing is processed.
Trading in commodities is just gambling with cash on a product that may or may not exist. The price of the consumer product is at stake, perhaps; but no more crops are being grown, no more precious metals are being mined, no more animals are being slaughtered.
The Stock Market as a whole is a stand-alone entity for the foolish, selfish, dreamers where the participant pays up front to participate and the manipulators can have their day along with the bookies/brokers, dealers/financiers and service support providers/facilitators.
Nothing positive grows out of all this. There is no net gain. The money taken out of the stream of legitimate commercial flow does not produce anything; It is only on a path of ill-gotten gains and meaningless use. If all the money involved were employed in building or creating, there would be employment and industrial growth, education enhancement and plenty of funds to upgrade the medical and transportation infrastructure.
There is justification for a place where a person can go to raise money from the public. Participants should look for their income from the corporate activity and not be encouraged to buy into a company with the anticipation of future growth.
The hold out for future growth by corporate managers is the underpinning of massive seduction and even fraud.
One glaring example of this is the Private Prison sector. A private prison company can make an excellent return on the services provided but when the corporation wants growth they have to depend continuing growth in the prisoner population or getting more contracts from BOP, States, Counties and Cities. For this reason, they lobby lawmakers with big bucks, bribe councilmen, mayors, Boards of Supervisors of Counties, state legislators and Federal elected officials and the administrators along the way. In addition, the seek to buy up all the competition so they can fix the prices or eliminate competition in bidding for contracts. That is not to isolate the private prison, is is to pinpoint a problem that is symptomatic of the system that is fostered by the current state of financial affairs.

TIME IS RIPE TO THINK OF OURSELVES, WHAT WE NEED AND HOW WE CAN GET IT.

NOW YOU CAN EARN 2% TO 10% ON YOUR INVESTMENT EACH MONTH... WITH MINIMAL RISK
Day Trading has been around as long as the Market has existed.

Until now, this profitable activity has been the province
of the very wealthy.

What advantage does the Club have that other such investment opportunities do not have?

There is a low one-time membership fee with no dues and no assessments.
The Club has a trader who offers trading with minimal risk or loss through judicious use of leverage and Stop Loss Orders.
Trades are made and results are posted when the trade is closed no less than every 20 days.
Earnings are paid out automatically at the end of every month.
Also, there is an opportunity to earn through referrals...
WOULDN'T YOU LIKE TO HAVE EXTRA MONEY?
$5O A DAY?
$100 A WEEK?
$500 A WEEK?
Or even MORE?
You are paid $50 for each new member sponsored with a 5% residual on their earnings paid
into your account. Capital and earnings may be withdrawn every month. Funds are held in
United States Treasury Bills. There is no fee for withdrawal of capital. Trader takes a
fee only out of earnings. No fees are taken out of capital. Accounts are maintained on

1.Your fee for sponsoring someone is $50 and there is a 5% residual fee on earnings.Earnings

4.viewing.
5.Capital is available for withdrawal every month.
6.Your membership has many other valuable benefits and dimensions for learning.
7.Courses that cost individually thousands of dollars are available FREE to members.
Nothing is obligatory.
AND HOW DO THEY DO THAT?
Day Trading is a tried and proven method for making money in the market.
The guidelines are:
Use only a a part of the available capital;
Stay with valued stocks;
Use leverage judiciously;
Pick stocks on the move;
Place a Stop Loss Order to avoid or minimize loss on any trade;
Buy and hold until the price stops and/or changes directions.
Get out and take the profit or loss as the case might be.
THE SAFETY FACTORS:
Minimal Capital at Risk.
Traders keep the amount of capital on a single investment at no more than 10% of the whole;
They use leverage studiously, not at the maximum available of 100:1 but do 10:1 or a
little higher; Earnings are paid out regula
“THAT IS ALL EASIER SAID THAN DONE,” YOU SAY.
There can be nothing more minimal... minimal risk, minimal time spent, minimal worry
and searching, shopping or investigating. Get help. Band together. We do. We focus.
We seek earnings in the market where we can preserve our capital. We use Stop Loss Orders,
a lower level of leverage, traders with experience and deal with a broker who will allow
us to join in with smaller amounts of capital. More importantly, our traders do not take
their fee unless we make money. In short, they do not take money out of our capital.

LEARN TO EARN. ACT NOW.
We have seen how fast catastrophe can be upon us. We have witnessed the loss of homes,
retirement plans, jobs, educational savings.... Everything has been touched through bad
management, greed and thievery in the financial markets. Especially on Wall Street.
At the same time we have seen the rich become richer and the poor become more poor.
We must act for ourselves as the economy climbs out of its hole. We need to take action
to have our money grow into wealth... Wealth that we can depend upon, retire on, educate
ourselves and your kids with, to buy a home or pay for the one you are now buying.

WE CAN CONTROL OUR FINANCIAL FUTURE.
Change things. Join the Club. The Club has ways of helping you grow your wealth.
Bring others into the club... your family, friends, neighbors, fellow workers, church
members (especially the pastor) to increase you income with little effort. Sponsor
others: You receive into your Lab account $50 for every member you introduce; You can
even join the club, pay your dues and fund your Lab or investment account by sponsoring
others! Plus, you receive a continuing 5% of the earnings of those you sponsor.
Avoid up front costly fees. The Club's membership fee is a low life-time minimal fee with
no assessments or dues. Become a member, fund a minimal Lab account.
Watch your money grow into wealth. You can add more capital when you care to do so.
PREPARE. START NOW
Explore but do not gamble.
Be consistent in savings.
Cut your credit and stop paying interest wherever you can. Follow what your Club is doing.
Enjoy consistent earnings that are paid monthly.
Learn how it is done along with other things we can do to grow our capital. Do not rush.

SEEKING JUSTICE WITH EQUITY

Seeking Justice With Equity
Lloyd Winburn
We acknowledge and take great comfort in those things that are Right With America. There are so many good things about our country that we would not even try to enumerate all of them.  We believe, however, that there is one glaring “wrong.” The wrong we address deals with the justice system.
There is no way we can foster democracy around the world and adopt the practices of our adversaries.  Being the country in the world with the largest prison population cannot or should not be a source of pride for us.  Being the last major hold-out favoring the death penalty cannot speak much for our “Judean-Christian” heritage.
Abandoning all hope for diplomatic and economic solutions, we have come to the place were we try to solve all the World’s problems with arms and armaments… Power and arrogance; bravado and the feeling that we know everything and everything we do is right.  We lack humility and charity.
We cannot do what our enemy does and call it right.  The degree of harm done to our reputation and heritage in Iraq and Afghanistan by mistreating prisoners will take years to wash away. We must look at what has happened far back into our system of justice here at home and abroad.  We must be consistent with our mercy, understanding and faith.
It is only a matter of a few degrees from what has happened in that infamous prison in Iraq and what happens here in the jails and prisons.  We arrest people by profiling and incarcerate them through error and “rush to judgment.”
Citizens and foreigners are damaged financially, by besmirched reputations, false imprisonment… all in the simple claim of some supposed harm to our national security, our pride or our property.  We execute mentally retarded individuals.  We try teenagers as adults. We have lost the ability to forgive while not forgetting crimes against us.
There are practices in prison facilities of the lowest classification of security that are in place only at the whim of wardens or associate wardens or lesser jail-keepers. While discipline and security are important, rehabilitation release are the prime objective of the prison system. The judge does the punishment when he removes the offender from society and puts him in the care of the Bureau of Prisons.  Any other punishment should come as a result of the offender not being a model inmate and proving it by overt violations of the rules in place.  There are many examples of acts by officials, enough to warrant a review of the practices with a view to making corrections.
Inconsistencies in policy, varying by measurable degrees prison to prison should be standardized.
We hope to be able to show up some of these consistencies along with errors of judgments by officials with a view to having them corrected.

DEEDS,DOPE AND YEARNING YOUTH IN THE '60'

Y0U MIGHT ENJOY MY POETRY which I have put us as a supporting member of www.writers-network.com
Just go to the site and search my name Lloyd Winburn

DEEDS,DOPE AND YEARNING YOUTH IN THE '60'

O, estranged embittered youth
Estray upon the Earth
For sooth,
Where have I failed you?

Time can not be blamed;
That space between us
Is more a wall of flame,
A membrane,
Through which ideas pass
Lame, and lack esteem.

Suffered I that same estival,
That painful visitor of youth,
To tell you now
With many summers' more avail,
This too will pass,
Given but you now know.

No physician's cure
Can help you endure
But the Guide can help.
Abide for it is more a journey
Than a malady.

Strange frustrations attend
When looking back
We see no tracks, nor shadows.

And fruits on limbs that bend
For there are many,
Make haste and leave
Appetites unrent.

Seeking, we take flight
On wings of smoke
And float
On blood veins of mysteries
Thinking that the veil
Just might be lifted or release obtained
On some other plain
With lust-pressed drives
Where love might walk despized
We toss our seed
In bellies of whores.

Or give ourselves
When we should pass, not enter,
Vacant rooms
Through easily opened doors.
To bachenalian hours or days.

Waves we call 'vibes' take on
A multi meaning size
And dominate the days
When all our senses
Could be tuned to other flowers
In our Spring.

Apollo's vaults beg us enter
Partake of the nectar of the wines,
The sweets their truth divines,
History with its tragedy and truth
Which can serve our youth,
A lamp upon a rocky shore.

Cannot those same senses,
Sparked by Prometheus and Bacchus,
Be set aflame
By cleansing light and
Sound as on Apollo's lyre?

That summer sickness surviving
Gives one no claim
To enter your World;
Yet, have I that call
To live
And not at all
Reach back to help you
In the whirl
Where disaster need but
A steady hand?

Manner might the weankess be
And I should direct the wind
And struggle not to shake the time
That fruits will fall
Where Time suffices
And fruits but await their call.

The flail reaps not;
I try the kiss,
The whip I feel amiss
And failing search my lot to
Review the answer I have not.

Facts remain and truth is cast
In immutable form
Only in ignorance is known
The pool of dark despair
That draws us down
And deserts us there.

A sea of changing worth
Of shifting sand that wraps us 'round
with smoothing breeze of worthless air.

Struggle to catch
Wisps of smoke in fishers' nets
We fail to snare
The real that passes in a glare
Our attention to be got
And to toss to the swine the pearls
We must have
To pass between these two worlds.

We desert
At a time most opportune
Wnen profits emanate in sprints
But full rivers flow
On capital of patience
And healths reassuring glow.

I do not know the answer
Nor do I want to abandon
The thought
That we can transfer
Lessons learned;
Then, when I think youth cannot
I see what once I held
As wasted survive
A gauntlet thrown
And meld to life.

With torn bruised and broken heart
I bleed
Walking, pushing against
A cycle that has no end.

JUSTICE MUST BE METED OUT EQUALLY

BRING THE HALLIBURTON EXECUITVE TO TRIAL NOW.

READ THIS EDITORIAL IN PUNCH:
http://www.punchng.com/Articl.aspx?theartic=Art2010030720372523

US law is clear. Bribing foreign officials is a FEDERAL offense. Go get them! The fats are there, the crime is open knowledge and witness are available to get a conviction.

Halliburton has run rough-shod of national and international laws long enough and enjoys the protection of one of the bigger criminals.. former Vice President Richard Chaney.

We know there have been crimes aplenty committed by these people in Iraq....
